DBG Fruit Growers Association Scion Wood and Seed Exchange

Gather your scionwood and other fruit varieties before they come out of dormancy and bring them to the Devonian Botanic Garden Fruit Growers Association Annual Scionwood and Seed Exchange to sell or trade.

Varieties of apples, pears, plums, cherries, apricots, grapes, etc. will be available. While growers can set their own price, $2 per bud stick is recommended - bring toonies to simplify purchases. Seed and plants of fruits and nuts are welcome for trading. There is no charge to participate in the scion wood exchange, and it is a great opportunity meet with a group of of people interested in growing fruit and sharing knowledge. 

Parking and entry: The Scionwood Exchange will take place in the basement of the Headquarters Building. Please park in the Garden's main parking lot, and walk up the path leading to the classrooms and headquarters building - watch for signage.

Please note: Public access is available to the location of the Scionwood Exchange, but the Garden is not open.
