Wild Mushroom Exposition

The Alberta Mycological Society presents their annual “City of Champignons” Wild Mushroom Exposition! View specimens of wild mushrooms. Bring your own fungi for identification. Scientific displays, photos, field guides, cookbooks, tastings and much more. A guided walk through the Garden will introduce you to local varieties that are edible, poisonous or medicinal. Activities are free with regular admission; charge for food samples, with proceeds going to the Alberta Mycological Society.

Garden Season Pass holders and Friends of the Garden members get free admission to this event.
